Backstage Beauty SP08: Rag & Bone

The Rag & Bone Spring 2008 collection was influenced by the early 60′s era of James Bond, alongside their vision of “American worker meets British tailoring.” To mirror this expression, Serge Normant, celebrity stylist and International Creative Consultant for John Frieda, created sleek, sexy yet slightly disheveled “Bond Girl” hair. Want to get the look? Here is a break down of each step – and it’s so easy that you’ll be able to re-create it at home!
- Step 1: Spritzes of John Frieda Sheer Blonde Full-Blown Blonde Volumizing Spray were applied to towel died hair, concentrating at the roots to create a lush, big-volume look.
- Step 2: Hair was blown dry while upside down using a large round brush and smoothed with Frizz-Ease Thermal Protection Serum to add a sexy shine and keep hair smooth and frizz-free.
- Step 3: The look is finished with Brilliant Brunette Shining Hold Maximum Hold Spray to lock in sultry style.
