New York Fashion Week SP08: BCBG

BCBG wows us with their SP08 collection – and it seems that the star-studded audience were fans as well. Mr. Max Azaria did lots of floaty layers, anchored with high-waisted brown leather belts. The color progression was from light to dark(er), with lots of fun colors to punch it up. Fabrics like organza and tulle were used to built layers of a hue, giving each piece a sort of luminous glow. There’s also many little feminine touches such as embroidery and lace. I’m pretty sure that I’m obsessed with the majority of the dresses from this collection.
