I recently found out about a lovely jewelry line called Lark & Lotus - and just wanted share the find with all of you. Designer Suzannah Murray finds inspiration from “the mysticism and culture of New Orleans, grown from West African Voodoo.” Her necklace dubbed “Spanish Moss” ($1,100), from her collection “Gris-Gris,” is a favorite of mine. This particular piece is inspired by the Spanish moss that grows and hangs from oaks and cypress trees along the Louisiana Coast. Dripping with grossularite garnets and peridot briolettes, the 14K gold pendant is formed to resemble delicate tree branches. Isn’t is gorgeous? It’s this elegant, yet mysterious creation that I’m dying to own.
