Eve Lom Kiss Mix
There are only a few things worse than kissing with chapped lips so make sure that you’re protected from the wintry weather with Eve Lom‘s Kiss Mix. Now, dear reader, I have tried a LOT of lip treatments from drugstore brands to fancy smancy labels and I have to say that Eve Lom‘s tops the list.
Most lip balms worth their space on store shelves provide instant soothing, but many of them wear off quickly and sometimes leave your lips even more dry and flaky than before. Not only is this completely counterproductive to solving the problem at hand, but also leaves you with that annoying “Carmex-addiction” dependency of continually having to reapply every 5 minutes. I paid particular attention to this problem when trying Eve Lom‘s Kiss Mix and am happy to report that I put on a layer of the balm early this morning and hours later my lips are still soft, moisturized, and comfortable. Winner.
Other fantastic things about this product include its creamy (not oily) consistency, the light minty scent and the light tingle when you first apply. For those who are pot-a-phobes, use a lip brush instead of your fingers. The Kiss Mix is perfect if you have a lover to pucker up for- but even if you’re a single gal- the balm is perfect for keeping your lips in tip top shape – for whenever the next lucky guy meets you.

Serena, it’s quite sticky – a very thick, white glossy cream – not as smoothly oily as vaseline, and more sticky than carmex. I do still love it though!
[...] not waxy like Chapstick or slimy like gloss can be. It’s a miracle. Just wanted you to know. I found it for $20 and it will last you 6 months or so, depending on how amazing you like your lips [...]

What is the texture of the Kiss Mix like? I find that most long-lasting balms (like Clinique’s Superbalm) are really sticky.
