  There’s really 3 reasons I’d to win:
  1. Because I never win
  2. I am a product junkie/addict/fan/specialist and love to spread the word about the best products to my friends and people around me.

  Honestly, there’s probably no REALLY GOOD reason why anyone SHOULD win a $3200 bag of beauty goods. In fact, such a gift probably enourages vanity, and the Bible would absolutely hate that.

  That said, I am enduring Junior Spring of my highschool year. First of all, I should win it because I am in highschool, which is notoriously the best (?) and also worst (agreed) years of your life. Put Junior Spring college MADNESS into the mixture, plus three AP classes, and you’ve made for one sad little adolescent (who, contrary to stereotypes, does not like to run around screaming about how she hates her parents or how they are ruining my life, and I do not spend my life at the mall or hanging out in creepy parking lots). Therefore, throughout my adolescence I have worked hard, thus far refrained from giving my parents heart attacks and seizures, and have maintained my sanity.

  You MUST pick me! I just flew in to Phoenix last Thursday & they lost ALL my make up!!! I NEVER, I mean NEVER check my bags unless they make me. I seriously can pack light like no-one’s business. I’ve never wanted to be the one who loses their bags & have watched many friends who have balked at my fear of checking bags, cry when theirs are either torn to pieces(bahamas) or never show up(Spain).
  But I was going to be here for 2 weeks & I’m supposed to be doing the make up for my cousins wedding on the 12th (plus a few make overs for my fam in DESPERATE need).
  SO I brought along everything(everything that mattered, which is a lot) & because of the liquid limits, I had to check my bags with make up. I originally was only gonna check the liquids, but then I still had too many bags for the plane. I can downsize my luggage, but not my make up….yes I know I have a problem ;) I wanted to send it in the mail but my boyfriend SOMEHOW convinced me I was ridiculously paranoid & that it would all be okay. Well, lucky for him he’s still in Los Angeles because I swear if the daggers in my eyes weren’t any bigger…let’s just say he’s glad he’s not here ;)
  I swear it was all I could think about on the plane, call it a gut instinct. So you can only imagine the angst I was feeling as I’m waiting for my bags to show up on the carousel & then NOTHING! The airlines didn’t have much sympathy, they didn’t even believe me when I said how much make up that had been lost & how much it was worth. They just said why would you spend so much money on cosmetics?!!! What a daring question for a true beauty addict!
  I really don’t think they were lost, I believe they were stolen by the people that screen your bags. My mom has a friend that works at the airlines & said that they do it all the time. All I can say is DAMN, I knew it!

  Now all I can do is sit here & imagine some girl rifling through my bags & breaking open my make up cases amazed at her new treasures :( Damn her if the beauty gods don’t do it themselves! Seriously, this visual hurts as much as imagining my man with another woman…..did I mention I’m addicted to beauty?

  I have hair that goes down to my booty ;) And one of the things that was in my bags is this special exotic oil that was made especially for my hair when I was in Morocco! I treat it like its the fountain of youth & the bottle is gorgeous as well. Priceless. Now its GONE along with all my other special hair care products & my Mason Pearson brushes :( Thank God I didn’t bring all my skincare but I did lose my essentials that of course happen to be the most expensive. But honestly for me the real tragedy is my beloved make up!
  I basically owned the entire Nars line which is now GONE!!
  ALL my Shu is GONE! ALL my Mac GONE!! Smashbox GONE! Tarte GONE! Make up 4ever GONE! Laura Mercier GONE! Bobbi Brown GONE! Lancome GONE! Prescriptives GONE! Chanel GONE! Georgio Armani GONE! Estee Lauder GONE! Benefit GONE! B.E. GONE!! Urban Decay GONE! Stila GONE! Becca GONE! Cargo GONE! Scott Barnes GONE! Skii GONE! The list goes on….
  Seriously, I could cry. Actually I already have, but thats not the point. Now I don’t even know where to begin on rebuilding my collection that has taken soooo much time & money to create. And this happens to come at a time in my life where my wallet is faaaar from swelling. PLEASE allow me to have something to go home to….not just an empty vanity. I AM the #1 beauty addict, and I just lost every beauty product that I love & adore….please help!

  I just broke up with my fiance of three years this weekend. It was a difficult decision, but I realized that I needed more out of a partner than he was giving me. I’ve decided that I need some serious changes in my life. I’m aiming for an entire life makeover. I just joined the YMCA, so hopefully I can get into better shape and also make me more motivated and a happier person in general. All of this products would make me incredibly happy, plus it would help aid me in my life makeover.

  I am a stay at home single mother to a 32 year old handicapped daughter (she has cerebral palsy- can’t walk or talk, communicate, etc.) and it’s a 24/7 job that I have done on my own for 32 years. I don’t have a lot time for myself but when I do, I wish that I could have stuff like this to take a minute to pamper and makeup myself with to just have some “me” time and to feel good about my appearance. I have also never ever won anything in my life and I hope I win something someday. This would be a delight to win.

  I love reading about great beauty products and have a huge wish list for when I finish my law degree and have extra cash! Looking good on a budget can be a fun challenge, but sometimes its hard to with limited funds and studying cuts into shopping time. I’d love some new stuff so I can look my best when interviewing for jobs. I know a sincere smile goes a long way towards making you look great, but perfect hair and makeup helps! I’m way more confident when I’m wearing the perfect shade of lipstick! Plus the lavender bath stuff sounds like just what I need to get me through finals…please pick me?

  Please pick me! I have been reading this blog since right around the time it started (has it really been two years??). It’s always been a nice get away from school stuff when I need a small break. I really am in need of some pampering - I’m getting ready to take my GREs, apply to grad school, finish up this semester (one more to go after this!), finals are coming up in three weeks, a test tomorrow, a paper due on Thursday, working 30 hours a week, putting in about 10 hours a week at a crisis center (volunteer gig), plus planning my wedding on June 14. My aunt was recently admitted to the hospital (diabetes related, she’ll be okay), and neither of my parents are going to attend my wedding (I live in Ohio and am having a “planned elopement” in Oregon).

  I would love to win because I live far, far away in little old New Zealand (home of Lord of the Rings). I don’t have access to special effects makeup like the movie crews, but would love some of the special effects I could create with your giveaway products!
