Beauty, Celebrities, MakeupHow To: Get Gwyneth Paltrow’s Romantic Makeup

Gwyneth Paltrow is looking truly stunning these days, especially at all the Iron Man premieres. I’m really loving her shorter hair and her fashion choices (see here and here). For the film itself (which my boyfriend is incredibly excited about), Estee Lauder created a a lovely romantic look for Gwyneth Paltrow’s character, Virginia “Pepper” Potts; the look is “soft, feminine and luminous and the perfect complement to Pepper’s evening style of a striking jewel-toned cocktail dress and long, flowing hair.” To re-create her look, simply follow these steps!

1) Begin with Estee Lauder’s Individualist Natural Finish Makeup for face and Tender Blush in Peach Nuance for cheeks.

2) To add a touch of soft sheen, apply Spotlight under foundation on cheek bones, at the center of face and just above the upper lip.

3) For luminous eyes, apply Pure Color EyeShadows in Honey Drop and Ivory Box. Top with the Artists Eye Pencil in SoftSmudge Brown and Projectionist Mascara in Black.

4) For lips that shimmer all night long, finish with long-wearing Double Wear Stay-in-Place Lip Duo in Constant Coral.

I saw this movie tonight (it was great), and especially looked out for Gwyneth’s makeup. It was really feminine and pretty! Great tips :)
