All You Need
With the summer sun shining its harsh rays onto our skin, I stress the importance of wearing SPF everyday to everyone around me. I know it can be difficult to remember, since after all…it’s one extra step you have to remember in the morning. For me, this means picking a moisturizer that incorporates SPF into its formula. Most recently, Prescriptives All You Need + SPF 15 has become my solution.
The All You Need Continuous Action 24-Hour Moisturizer contains a “cocktail of fruit and botanical extracts,” which “create a veil of antioxidant protection while broad spectrum SPF 15 helps shield skin from the sun’s damaging rays” around the clock. The consistency of this moisturizer is on the milky and thin side. The scent reminds me of a combination of traditional sunscreen and a bit of citrus. A single pump into your palms will cover your face sufficiently. It goes on smoothly and lightly, absorbs quickly and does not leave white streaks behind. Moreover, it did not make leave my face feeling greasy, nor does it make me break out – which many other moisturizers have been known to do. I really think this is great option for summer if you need a boost of moisture and sun protection!
