Insider’s Obsessions: Jennifer Rose

Jewelry designer Jennifer Rose produces beautiful pieces that we all covet. In fact, we count her jewelry as an obsession. Jennifer began as a sculpture and ceramics artist, but soon found her calling in jewelry design. Drawing inspiration from a variety of artistic eras such as Contemporary or Rococo, she creates piece that incorporate both natural and modern elements; the results are vibrant, feminine pieces that are ultra elegant and intricate. Aside from being stocked at top retailers like Fred Segal and Henri Bendel, she counts celebrities like Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz, and Rebecca Romijn, as fans of her line. ONE. Dayna Decker Candles — These candles are my new favorites, especially the Chandel Botanika line in the Sierra. The organic EcoWood wick makes a subtle, yet tranquil flickering sound, and the fragrance is heavenly.

TWO. Jennifer Rose Wavy Ribbon Hoops — These hoops are so light and airy, yet so versatile. My inspiration in creating these earrings came from the soft flowing lines of ribbons. I love wearing them with a t-shirt and jeans as it brightens up even the simplest of outfits!

THREE. Urth Caffe — I frequent Urth Caffe in Santa Monica for their organic and healthy menu, not to mention their famed Spanish Latte. It tastes exactly like the coffee offered in all the local “bares” in Spain.

FOUR. Caudalie Skincare — I have been using Caudalie’s line for years; I love that the entire line is paraben and phenoxyethanol free. I can’t go a day without using the Pulpe Vitaminee Energizing Cream – it is absolute heaven for the skin!

FIVE. Carnal Flower by Frederic Malle — My favorite scent is tuberose and this perfume is said to have the highest concentration of tuberose that can be found on the market. The other notes include bergamot, melon, eucalyptus, ylang-ylang, jasmine, white musk cocktail, coconut, and orange blossom absolute.
