I think my recent beach trip was last year ago. :( Philippine beaches are the best! I was there with friends and we swam the all day and did games and told stories near a bonfire at nights. I think my sunscreen is expired now and my swimwear outdated. Haha!

  • 2. Lisa Gonzales  |  July 21st, 2008 at 5:14 am

Lovely! My last beach trip was dinner and drinks with friends at a great beachside restaurant. I’m blessed to live only 10 minutes from one of the neatest beaches in Florida (no highrises, just dunes and beach), and after, hubby and I took a nice walk and let the surf tickle our toes. Thanks for the contest!

My most recent trip to the beach was in June on the shore of Lake Michigan at a house that has been in my family for multiple generations now. I’d love to go back soon and be wearing a cute new suit!

  • 4. Laura M  |  July 21st, 2008 at 6:27 am

That bikini is so cute! My last beach trip was to South Beach and then a cruise to the Western Caribbean. Would love to win this suit!

  • 5. Sarah  |  July 21st, 2008 at 6:31 am

My last beach trip was last September. I’d been gone from my home for four years, stuck in the middle of Kansas and unable to reach my rocky but GORGEOUS Oregon beaches. When I returned home, I had to have my trip to the beach. An hour’s drive was worth it, worth the BEAUTIFUL blue waves crashing into the soft mountains of sand. It was amazing, and I will never leave my Oregon beaches again for so long. Laying in the sand under the sun with family was amazing. There is nothing like the beach.

  • 6. Hanna  |  July 21st, 2008 at 6:46 am

That suit is so cute! Our last beach trip was to Puerto Vallarta. It was a little overcast so I didn’t get a lot of sun. Would love to try again in that bikini!

  • 7. Jamie  |  July 21st, 2008 at 7:18 am

My last beach trip was to Rye Beach in New Hampshire. I went with my fam in June and had the greatest, most relaxing weekend I’ve had in so long — and I actually tanned! :)

  • 8. karen dixon  |  July 21st, 2008 at 7:38 am

Nantucket. Lots of old and new friends, little kids and big kids. Despite this, I’m willing to squeeze my body into a bikini!

  • 9. Aurora  |  July 21st, 2008 at 7:45 am

My last beach trip was a month ago - I was in Costa Rica! It was amazing. But I came away with last years swimsuits that, after this trip, are even worse for wear.

  • 10. Sandy  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:02 am

Last beach trip was Jamaica -Negril. Beautiful beach. Would love to return sporting this bikini!!

  • 11. Erica  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:05 am

I was at Rockaway Beach NY about 2 weeks ago, I wish I there right now…

  • 12. Jenny  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:18 am

I haven’t been to the beach since 2003…and I really want to go this year! Still on the hunt for a nice bikini tho…this one’s so cute!

  • 13. Mary Jenkins  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:39 am

I haven’t been to the beach in almost 3 years now! And that last beach was in England. The Atlantic Ocean is cold all year round. Its even chilly on the beach in July! So it wasn’t a dreamy beach getaway. Before that was Playa de sol in Mexico which had white sand, hammocks and cocktails. My kind of place!

  • 14. Kim  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:42 am

my last beach experience was last august in LA. i went to temescal beach with some friends and binged on pinkberry after. the bikini is so cute! it will be great for my next trip to california.

  • 15. caseyk  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:54 am

my beach trips are closely coming to an end with grad school quickly approaching… but what a way to go out in that lovely suit :)

  • 16. janeen  |  July 21st, 2008 at 9:51 am

my last beach trip was the bahamas in january… way too long ago!! i need to plan another trip soon and this bikini would be perfect for it.

  • 17. Katie  |  July 21st, 2008 at 11:17 am

my last trip to the beach was just a few weeks ago- i only live 20 minutes away from the beach but up here in minnesota its not always beach weather!

  • 18. Regina Sanders  |  July 21st, 2008 at 12:12 pm

My last beach trip was so long ago I can’t even remember it. BUT, last year we built a new pool so I walk down my steps now and into the pool. I could really use the bathing suit.

  • 19. nar  |  July 21st, 2008 at 1:27 pm

going to be heading to the greek isles soon and this swimsuit would be the perfect!

  • 20. Elizabeth M.  |  July 21st, 2008 at 1:35 pm

My last beach trip was to Sanibel Island in Florida. Driving over the beach to the island is absolutely lovely and the beach itself has become a lot more crowded since I was a child but it’s still really pretty. We looked for shells and that was the best part! My sister and mom and I are actually heading back to Florida in a couple of weeks so we’ll visit Sanibel and some smaller, less crowded beaches too.

  • 21. Rachel  |  July 21st, 2008 at 1:54 pm

My most recent trip to the beach was in Nafplion, Greece. I hunted crabs for hours and got soaked in my jeans! Needless to say, I would appreciate a swimsuit.

  • 22. Julie  |  July 21st, 2008 at 3:43 pm

My last trip was to Jumeirah Beach, Dubai on the Persian Gulf. I enjoyed the beautiful blue waters, collected shells and soaked up the sun!

  • 23. Mariza  |  July 21st, 2008 at 4:15 pm

My last beach trip was with my friends after they got married. They invited the entire bridal party to Huntington Beach. It was so fun! I’m going on a cruise in September and this swimsuit is gorgoeus!!

  • 24. Sabrinah  |  July 21st, 2008 at 6:34 pm

My last beach trip was the week before finals and was not as relaxing as i would have wished! This swimsuit would make my next beach trip so much more enjoyable!

  • 25. alicia  |  July 21st, 2008 at 6:56 pm

Such a cute bikini- it would make all the pilates classes worth it after all. My last trip to the beach I was taking pictures for a wedding ceremony. Beautiful bride and groom, but no swimsuits, just formal wear :)

  • 26. Lisa  |  July 21st, 2008 at 7:49 pm

It wasn’t much of a typical beach trip, as it was the dead of winter in South Carolina but it was still quite fun. The group I was with was taking the day off and it was rather nice bonding in the chill with the seagulls. I guess this means I need to have another beach trip before the summer is over!

  • 27. Laine  |  July 21st, 2008 at 8:56 pm

My last trip to the beach was in Alameda California with my 2 kids. We had a blast, but my current swim suit is getting kinda raggy. This swim suit is so cute and is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

  • 28. Kristen A.  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 5:09 am

I went to Myrtle Beach with my niece for a few days around July 4th. It was her first time seeing the ocean so it was a special trip. I turn into an 8 year old while playing in the waves, its so fun!!

  • 29. Steph  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 8:18 am

So cute!!! Funnily enough we were at the beach just last weekend camping. Piled the dog the tent and laptop with wireless network LOL into the car and spent the weekend enjoying the sunshine away from the city humidity. Definitely good times!

  • 30. Abby  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 9:53 am

Some friends rented a quirky little place at a lake about an hour outside of town - this would be perfect for sunning myself on their dock!

  • 31. Cheryl  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 10:23 am

my last trip to the beach was exactly 2 weeks ago. I was in waikiki beach!! this swim suit is so cute and simple!

  • 32. Susan  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 10:26 am

Just got back from a belated honeymoon in Miami. (Our original beach honeymoon in Playa del Carmen was canceled when the category 5 hurricane hit last August.) It was perfectly humid, sandy and FUN! Although it was almost a year after our wedding, we loved being able to say , “honeymoon,” even though not one service person in Miami seemed to care when we said it!

  • 33. Virginia  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 10:44 am

I’m an east coaster, so I know what an ACTUAL beach is…with that said, I went to Chicago’s faux beach (at least the midwesterners think it’s a beach) this past weekend. As for the Caribbean, 2005- EEK! I need a refresh and a new bikini would be just the excuse!

  • 34. Cindy  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 2:48 pm

Building sandcastles is still fun for grownups and it was a perfect activity when the water was too cold.

  • 35. alissa  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 5:09 pm

love the bikini. my last trip to the beach was during a glorious trip to puerto rico. the water was beautiful and my husband and i basked in the not-filled-with-tourists beach we found while driving on scooters.

  • 36. Casie  |  July 22nd, 2008 at 8:05 pm

I went to Dog Beach in California over the 4th of July weekend. It was actually pretty gross, with dog poo everywhere. I made my chocolate lab leave immediately. I would love to win this bathing suit. My honeymoon to Jamaica is fast approaching and I could use a fabulous new suit.

  • 37. Tammy  |  July 23rd, 2008 at 1:25 am

This is such a cute suit. Just in time too, I am on a hunt! In 3 weeks I will be graduating from college, promptly moving to San Diego and trying to get a position at a Museum down in La Jolla, one of the most fabulous beach towns on the west coast. Graduating from college means I’m penniless and moving to San Diego means I need a great suit!

My last trip to the beach was the last time I was in San Diego visiting back in June. I spent the afternoon playing with my nieces and nephiews in the sand, reading George Orwell’s 1984, and body boarding for hours. I plan to do this on a frequent basis now that I am moving back :) Life really doesn’t get much better than family, classic literature, and the beach all rolled into one experience.

  • 38. Zoe  |  July 23rd, 2008 at 7:15 am

I was on the beach all last week on the Costa del Sol in Spain. I couldn’t find a bikini I liked, so I went in a one piece - imagine my surprise when I arrived to find all the beaches are topless! I felt like such an old lady sitting there in my one-piece in the midst of women of every age, shape and size in nothing but their bikini bottoms (some of them in thongs!) Nobody thought anything of it or gave anyone a second glance. After the first few minutes it was so refreshing to see that no matter what shape and size people are, they’re all beautiful in their own way if they’re comfortable in their bodies and with themselves. I’m going back soon - hopefully with this bikini to join in the topless tan-fest.

PS To Tammy - when I was on the beach I was reading Balzac’s “Old Goriot” - totally agree about the classic literature! If I’m at the beach I’m totally relaxed - it’s the only place I can muster the concentration to read something really meaty.

  • 39. Glo  |  July 24th, 2008 at 12:02 am

The last time I hit the beach was during exams week in San Diego. In the spur of the moment, a friend and I grabbed a towel and walked to the nearest beach about ten minutes away. It was idyllic. A great study break and a phenomenal way to end the school year.

  • 40. Julie  |  July 24th, 2008 at 6:53 am

My last beach trip was to Mission Beach in San Diego. Rented a beach house with a bunch of friends. That bikini is so cute that I would tie a big sarong to the ring on the top and wear it out as a dress, yes really!

  • 41. Daisy  |  July 24th, 2008 at 11:35 am

my last beach trip was with my girlfriends and we went to santa cruz, ca. we spent 5 hours there tanning (in which resulted in a very bad sunburn), listening to music, and catching up on life since we all go to different schools.

  • 42. Samantha  |  July 24th, 2008 at 12:13 pm

My last beach trip was yesterday right down the street from my house! I’m so fortunate to live right by the ocean in New Hampshire- it makes a glorious setting for daily walks- incentive to keep in shape and get a tan doing it! (The water still is freezing though!)

  • 43. Hollis  |  July 24th, 2008 at 8:53 pm

My last beach trip was an ill-advised Memorial Day weekend road trip to Panama City Beach with my husband, 3-month old, and my visiting dad and brother. It was their first time meeting the baby, and we thought a family holiday would be fun. Alas, we had no idea what we were in for. Despite all the rowdy people, we had a great time being a family. Baby got to splash her toes in the water and we saw manta rays! I think next time we’ll skip the Redneck Riviera and go the French one instead. ;) I suppose I’ll need a new bathing suit for that. Thanks for the contest, good luck everyone!

  • 44. Rachel Daily  |  July 24th, 2008 at 10:43 pm

My FIRST and last trip to the beach was with my boyfriend of three years in Corpus Christi TX. It was a lot of fun and was a nice little vacation from finals and school work. Unfortunately my biggest swimsuit investment EVER was a grand total of $7.50 when i bought an ill fitting blue polka dot suit at target on drastic clearance. Yes it is that bad. Such is life in college i guess. A gorgeous suit like this would be so fabulous to have I can only imagine!

  • 45. Pam  |  July 25th, 2008 at 8:23 am

My last trip to the beach was at Clearwater Beach in Florida about 3 years ago. I live in the frozen tundra, no beaches around here, but we are planning a trip this winter. This suit would be perfect for me!

  • 46. Alison  |  July 25th, 2008 at 9:09 am

My last beach trip was at the (very popular) beach where my cousin works. Four of us went late at night, and it was nice to enjoy the beach crowd free. I’ve always liked the ocean better at night anyway.

  • 47. sunchicka  |  July 25th, 2008 at 12:15 pm

For my last beach trip, I enjoyed the scenic Oregon Coast. As soon as my feet hit the sand I am home free.

  • 48. Kassi Palmer  |  July 25th, 2008 at 12:52 pm

well…my last beach trip was just last week for my Honeymoon…unfortunately it was too cold in Marina CA to actually wear my swimming suit :( Maybe soon I will get the chance…though the northwest is not too kind for that.

  • 49. Kam A  |  July 25th, 2008 at 2:10 pm

My last beach trip was to St. Pete’s Beach in Florida and we had a blast! I would love to own this gorgeous suit! Thank you for the giveaway!

  • 50. Barret  |  July 25th, 2008 at 3:01 pm

I live on the beach and it makes me happier than i could ever dream of to have the sun on my skin and my toes in the ocean…bathing suits are such fun outfits because you can always mix and match and switch it up - I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to add this beautiful set to my collection!

  • 51. krista h  |  July 25th, 2008 at 3:26 pm

one word, mexico. love the beaches there and had a killer view of the ocean. three steps to the sand. there is something about the crashing of the waves and the light breeze that automatically calms one down! no doubt the suit would go to good use!

  • 52. necie cronn  |  July 25th, 2008 at 5:53 pm

well, it wasn’t the last time i was at a beach, but the first bikini i bought was back in may, as a response to he who shall be known as “mean boy”. we had been going out for a few months and were planning a long weekend at the hamptons when i was having insecurity issues and told him i didn’t want to wear a bikini that weekend. well, he broke up with me over the dinner we had been having - which, incidentally, was celebrating my new job. so, i went out and bought a new bikini and haven’t looked back since. man, i really don’t like mean boys!

  • 53. Ji  |  July 25th, 2008 at 9:21 pm

My last beach trip was last week.. My friends and I went for a drive at night..what fun! anyways, love the bikini~

  • 54. Holly  |  July 25th, 2008 at 9:59 pm

My last beach trip 5 years ago. Well, we went to Atlantic City, NJ. It was May, so it was cool. But, I really tried! I strode right into the water. It was so cold, I ran right back out!

  • 55. hazel  |  July 26th, 2008 at 2:35 am

My last beach trip was around christmas, I have no idea why, but I always seem to be at the beach when it is cold and never when it is actually summer. =/ Well, the beach is always fun isn’t it? =D

  • 56. Georgia  |  July 26th, 2008 at 6:22 am

Even though the beach is only a relatively short drive away, I haven’t been in far too long,

However, I am at the pool 5 days a week coaching swim team, and I would love an excuse to go to the beach to get rid of the tan lines I have my “work appropriate” suit that I wear everyday. I definitely deserve a beach week or two.

  • 57. Deirdre  |  July 27th, 2008 at 4:25 pm

My last beach trip was about 8 months ago. My husband and I went to Maui for our honeymoon, and it was beautiful. I would love to wear this bikini on our vacation to South Carolina at the end of the summer to celebrate my birthday — that would be a great present.

  • 58. Julia  |  July 27th, 2008 at 8:13 pm

My last beach trip was just about an hour ago! My friend and I took a road trip to Montana for a wedding, and we stopped in gorgeous Coeur d’Alene, Idaho this afternoon. The Lake Coeur d’Alene has beautiful sparkling green water with a great beach, so we couldn’t resist taking a dip!
