Rub N’ Buff Yourself Clean
Body scrubs are kind of my weakness. No matter how many I have, I can always add an extra one to the rotation. Right now, I’m loving Ole Henriksen’s Rub N’ Buff Salt Scrub (a favorite of celebs like Christy Turlington, Amanda Peet and Charlize Theron). It contains sea salts, for exfoliating, remineralizing, and deep cleansing, and lavender and lemongrass essential oils, which will soothe and renew your skin while detoxifying it. It’s a thick scrub with tiny salt granules, so it’s great for skin that’s easily irritated because it seems a lot less harsh than other scrubs I’ve used. (And the thickness means you lose less of it down the drain while getting it out of the container!) For $48, you get a HUGE 28 ounce jar, which makes me so happy because most scrubs seem to come in teeny, tiny containers that last me all of three showers. I’ve been using it a few times a week before going to sleep (the relaxing fragrance is perfect for bedtime) and I’ve definitely noticed that my skin is softer and smoother. It’s kind of like having your very own spa exfoliation treatment at home every time you use it (minus the hundred dollar price tag).
