I just got home from my late night workout. I’m been doing a lot of those recently since “going to the gym” is on my list of must-do’s every day, but procrastinating on this task is a lot easier to accomplish than actually going. This means that when I’m scrambling to the gym half an hour before closing, all the classes for the day are done, and I don’t have enough time to get a good weight circuit routine going, leaving me with no choice but to hit the treadmill.
In the past, I used to buy the cheapest brand name sneaker I could find but due to improper fit, I suffered some injuries. The other shoe I really like is their T2 Trainer, which is super lightweight and worn in the picture by Kelly Ripa – though she doesn’t look nearly as sweaty as I do after a workout.
