We’ve raved about CARGO’s amazing PlantLove lipsticks before. We’re obsessed with the eco-friendly packaging and the gorgeous shades, and now we have even more PlantLove to obsess over. CARGO recently expanded the PlantLove collection, going beyond lipsticks to provide an entire line of makeup (yay!). The PlantLove line is certified organic by ECOCERT, with ingredients with natural origins and no parabens or synthetic color or fragrance.

I tested a few of the new products, and was pretty much impressed with everything! What were my absolute favorites? PlantLove Eye Shadows come in 18 different shades, inspired by tropical gardens. They’re very pigmented, easy to blend, and smooth to the touch. I usually don’t stray too far from neutral eye shadow tones, but I loved the full spectrum of colors here. My favorite just may be Dove, described as a blue gray shimmer, since it perfectly balances darkness tinged with blue. The Eye Liners are also excellent. They are really easy to apply and last all day.

Although the eye makeup was my favorite, I also must mention the Baked Bronzer and Lip Glosses. The Bronzer is perfect for people who want a sunkissed look without shimmer, and is available in one universally flattering tone. I’ve only used bronzer with high shimmer, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the warm glow that the Baked Bronzer leaves behind. The Lip Glosses are shiny without being super sticky. I loved Dahlia, a sheer, pretty pink shade.
