I'm on day 2 of the Blueprint Cleanse. At first, the green juice was very hard to get down, but today...not so bad. I have to admit, I am hungry in between juices. I've even eaten the "snack" foods of avocado, celery sticks and even resorted to the veg broth. I have more energy today than yesterday and am hoping Day 3 will be the best day yet. The is my first cleanse and it's not so bad.

Day one, middle of juice 5 on Blueprint. I am not liking the taste of any of the juices. I hope I like them better tomorrow. To tell you the truth, I feel like I am prepping for a colonoscopy.

I'm scheduled to start a 3-day blueprint cleanse next week and looking forward to it. It's interesting to read how various people have reacted to the program!

I am on day 2 of Blueprint and LOVE it. Not at all hungry.
Hated the green juice on the first day- and thought it tasted great today.
I definitely think it's worth it. Kicking the habit of snacking is the best part.

I tried the Blueprint Cleanse for 3 days and must say it's the perfect amount of days to feel great. The 2nd day was the hardest but now that I'm done I feel I could go further. The taste is great and fresh. I did loose a few lbs., but knowing the amount of exercise I do and how I eat, my body will go back to its comfort level. Do it to help get you back on track to healthy eating and feeling good - it works.

I bought the Blueprint Cleanse. I have been on it for 2 days now. It is not most tastie thing I've had. I have a really hard time getting down the green ones and the beet ones. They are just terrible. I have 3 days to go, and I don't know if I have the stomach for it. I'm not really that hungry but the thought of what the next drink will be is discouraging. I should have tried 2 or 3 day cleanse instead of 5. Its just too long for me.

I think 10 days for Master Cleanse is a good amount of time- I wouldn't push it further. I know some people do a 40 day master cleanse but I honestly don't think that's good for you. Fasting isn't bad..in smaller doses. Try juicing veggies- as much of a fan of the Master Cleanse as I am, I think veggie juices are infinitely better for you. Make sure you juice a lemon into your leafy greens to cut that strong green taste. And use an apple to sweeten.

I, too, have done the Master Cleanse. Mainly because my hubby brought home the 'diet' (which he did NOT follow. At all. Ever.) and I became intrigued watching him juice up lemons for 2 days.

Yeah. That's all he followed it for. And he didn't even follow it during those days either.

When I did it, (and I'll admit, I did it ONLY to prove to him that it could be done, and I have a 'healthy' competition with him. Over everything in our day to day lives together :P), I stayed on it for a week and lost 13 lbs. 7 of those came back. That proved my eating habits were less than desirable for my desired weight.

I read several online blogs about it, and have to say, I never experienced the 'yuk factor' that some did. And even you commented that you regretted eating and suffered for it on day 3 when you tried it. I had since decided that I would probably benefit from a 14 or even, 21 day cleanse. But I get sick immediately, unlike some, that do it. And so far, have not been able to attain that 'magical' 14 day mark. Yet.

I am going to look over your suggestion for the other one. Or perhaps try juicing veggies as well and see what happens, before I lay out the $$ for the 'actual' program.

I'll let you know! I'm restarting this Saturday. My goal is to have completed 21 days before the end of the year. THIS year. At the very least, if I can get to the full 14 days and see if I feel better.
