Shelley Callaghan is the co-owner and creative director of the luxury fragrance brand, Antica Farmacista. Together with her business partner Susanne Pruitt, Shelley has helped expand this brand, which now produces diffusers, perfumes, linen sprays, candles, body wash and much, much more. Everyone at TDO is obsessed with their scents as they are sophisticated, complex and unique. Of course, they’re also presented beautifully in apothecary-inspired packaging. ONE. Hood River Oregon, The Gorge — My business partner and best friend, Susanne Pruitt and I spend our summers here. An old-school Oregon farming community that has been infused with the hip current world of kiteboarders, windsurfers and international “X-Gamers.” It’s known to have the best windsurfing in the world during the summer months, and with the winds come great international talent, great restaurants, new music and hip vibe in a small-town setting. Not to mention the most spectacular setting I’ve experienced.
TWO. Lace Tape — My new favorite way to put my personal stamp on my outgoing boxes. I’ve always been a bit obsessed with tape, whether it’s hot pink duct tape, or camo printed tape, this is my latest find. This packing tape comes in both white and black and regardless of what’s in the box, I love wrapping it up.
THREE. Antica Farmacista Il Fuoco di Lustro (Lustrous Fire) Home Ambiance — I am loving this heavenly scent on my bedside table right now. Its deep earthy and smoky notes of guiacwood and cedarwood balance the lush notes of fir needle. The soft amber and musk notes create a divine dark scent that make it the perfect complement to a wintry night.
FOUR. Elle MacPherson Intimates Lingerie — Though I love the comfort of a puffy down, cowboy boots and old cozy jeans, I’m always feeling feminine in gorgeous bras and panties by Elle Macpherson. And she really perfected the fit!
FIVE. La Mer Eye Balm – An absolute must for maintaining that fresh and bright-eyed look. Travel wreaks havoc on my skin and this nourishing cream helps reinvigorate.
