The Anna Top (Not the Save Anna Top)
There are some days when all your fashion and beauty dreams seem to come true. Like yesterday- I hung out with Rachel Roy at her own party, I got my makeup done by the head of Armani Beauty (and celeb artist) Tim Quinn, I found out that I was granted an interview with Giuseppe Zanotti. All of those topics will, of course, be dedicated their own post but a gal never really forgets what she wears on perfect days like these.
Luckily for me, Kristina Lenss, the designer of LA design label Kristinit, understands these types of important days and loaned me her Anna top which took me from the office to beauty appointments to the fashion fete. The silk drapes perfectly, hiding all my flaws while still preserving that feminine mystique. Unlike other loose fitting shirts, The Anna top cinches at the waist to avoid that dreaded pregnant look. I paired it with my L-A-M-B pencil skirt and my favorite pair of Yves Saint Laurent platform sandals. For a more casual feel, try matching it with short shorts for a dinner date.
More about Kristinit can be found on the designer’s website. I love her mix of patterns and shapes!
