We got a sneak peek at Jennifer Behr’s fall collection last month and ever since, have been coveting so many of the pieces. For this collection, Jennifer was inspired by “Victorian jet jewelry, with trace elements of elegant punk.” Luckily for you, some of pieces are already online! Our favorites are:
- Solid Jet Padded Headband – This gorgeous headband is embellished with vintage black stones that’s both romantic and edgy.
- Encrusted Woven Crystals in Jet – Her signature ornate Swarovski crystal on gorgeous smooth satin gets an update in black.
- Petite Jet Pearl and Rope Headwrap – How lovely is this? Jennifer came out with a rope headwrap last season, but this version is more delicate. We love the subtle understated crystal and pearl combo.

i feel like since headbands are so in/trendy, designers are definitely charging a lot! Jennifer Behr, though is kind of the it designer of all headband designers.
Jennifer Behr accessories are more than just headbands… Her work is artistic and classic. She hand makes every piece without outsourcing it to foreign countries. Sure you can go to forever21 and buy a $5.00 band and look stylish. It’s those who truly appreciate the art behind the fashion that would spend what she is asking and then some. Some folks can afford it, some folks have to admire it from afar. I can only hope that she gives back! (we at Love, Lulu Mae do!!)
I hope anyone who spends that much on a HEADBAND gives generously to charity… I can’t remember the name of the brand when you featured $100 headbands but I thought that was crazy and this is 3x worse!
(I can’t figure out a way to word this so it doesn’t sound grumpy and mean, and I swear I’m not – I’m just flabergasted.)
