Taking the Bullet

I really having a moment with jewelry right now (you’ll be seeing lots of accessories posts this month!). Recently, I re-visited the site of a favorite label, Odette New York, and found some fresh inspiration with her Bullet Hole Disc Earrings.

A slight variation from the original Bullet Hole necklace (which I’m still enamored with), these earrings are tiny circular discs with tiny punctures, that are meant to resemble bullet holes. Available in silver or gold vermeil, each disc is .75″ in diameter and hung on ear wires. Despite the rough name, I find these so delicate and wearable for everyday. They’d be the perfect accent for a summery outfit like a pair of bright white shirts, breezy striped tee and simple leather sandals.
