oh interesting- i feel like you probably felt a lot better b/c you stopped eating processed foods! and all those veggies. i have a juicer but it's too much of a hassle to use and my juices are not delicious :(

I was using whatever I had in the house a lot of the time, honestly, but I did come up with some concoctions that I really loved the taste of! Here is one:

3 ice cubes
1 banana
spoon of Matcha Green Tea powder
tablespoon or two of all natural PB
Rice Milk- I didn't measure, I just used enough to make it a little liquidy.
Hit blend.

Green Tea gives you a little caffeine, but it is also full of antioxidents and other good stuff. PB gives you some protein and good for your skin oils. Bananas gave me potassium needed to clear up any black and blues or bruises.

I also experimented with all natural pumpkin- not the pie filler! It is full of good for your skin vitamins.

I drank prune juice- not my favorite, but it is full of potassium and other vitamins as well as fiber. So good for cleaning your system out.

There was other stuff- lots of fruit, esp berries. Lots of veggies, esp spinach, broccoli, edamame.

Hope that is enough to give you a start if interested! :)

I do a version of a cleanse I came up with myself after a lot of research. I lost 12 pounds in 10 days, felt amazing, had a ton of energy, was never hungry, and my skin was glowing. Since then, I have been (slowly) trying to become vegetarian as I do see an amazing difference the closer I get. Thanks for featuring this!
