ONE. Old Navy Tie-Front Flutter-Sleeve Dress — There’s nothing I love more than a soft, breezy jersey dress–except maybe finding one at a great price! That’s why I like this flowy, fluttery dress from Old Navy. The tie belt at the waist ties in front and cinches in your waist, avoiding a shapeless silhouette that jersey can create sometimes. Plus, it’s versatile, since you can easily accessorize and dress this up or down for a chic or casual look. My favorite is this dark gray shade, which is perfect for the cooler weather. - Nina

TWO. Michael Kors Very Hollywood Solid Perfume Cocktail Ring — There are few things I love more than double duty beauty- and all the more so when it’s both chic and affordable!  Michael Kors’ new fragrance- Very Hollywood- recently launched and is already a favorite of many celebrities.  Like his signature scent (the sensation of the past decade!) , Very Hollywood is a sophisticated fragrance that appeals to a wide range of women.  Now if you’re like me and always forget to spritz perfume before running out for the day, then this solid perfume cocktail ring is the way to go.  The scent is located discretely inside the gem, so you can apply whenever, wherever.  The duo is only $40- a great price already for just the fragrance or just the ring, and an amazing steal for both.  - Carolyn

THREE. Jennifer Elizabeth The Safety Bracelet — I’m usually all about classic styles of jewelry, but there’s something about Jennifer Elizabeth’s bracelet that just makes me smile. It’s a modern silver mesh cuff adorned with gold and silver safety pins that somehow manages to be both tough and feminine all at the same time. All of Jennifer’s designs are handmade so you’ll be getting a unique piece, and the $49 price tag makes it a definite bargain. See? You can be cheap and chic! - Stacey

FOUR. Mink Pink Sneaky Snake Top — A big trend we saw on the runways for the Spring 2010 collection was layered sheerness, but there’s no reason to wait till next year to get the start on this look.   Get an early start with this sheer Sneaky Snake Top from the Need Supply website, one of my favorite online shopping destinations, for its unique and well priced designs from an assortment of indie and better known designers.  I love the chic, floaty, airy feel of this top, with its handkerchief side cuts, floaty and oversized flutter sleeves, and empire seaming on the front.  The gray/bluish/white snakeskin pattern is  artsy stylish, and looks great paired over a simple white tank top as shown here, and some skinny jeans.  To adapt it to fit my style, I would probably try belting it with a polished black patent belt to make it closer fit and pair it with a languid and flowy, pendant necklace, and my new favorite J Brand black straight leg jeans with some dangerous heels for a night out.  At $49.99, just one penny less than our $50 limit, this is a great buy that can also be transitioned into Spring, when the top can be easily worn over some lighter colored denim shorts and some rugged boots. - Kathleen

FIVE. Bobbi Brown Metallic Long-Wear Cream Shadow — This adorable bestselling eyeshadow just got amped up for fall with a bit of sparkle. It comes in beautiful hues (I have Brown Metal and am obsessed!) that is lightweight, smooth and buildable. For only $22, this little pot of gorgeous will last you for months. So worth it! - Connie
