ONE. TDM Design Cloe Cashmere Loop Scarf — Autumn in L.A. can mean anything from 50 degree weather to 100 degree weather (seriously!), so once we get into the fall months, I make sure to always carry a scarf in my car. I can throw it on over a jacket when it gets cold, or when the temperature is in that weird in between stage, I can layer it with a tank top to be a little warmer. The one I’m bringing with me right now is the Cloe Cashmere Loop Scarf. It’s hand-crafted from 100% cashmere so it’s super soft, and it’s hand-dyed so each scarf is unique. It’s woven into an infinity loop, so I can wrap it around me as many times as I want to create different looks, and it’s available in a variety of different colors. (I’m all about the Gunmetal/Fuchsia combo). Best of all, a portion of the profits from sales goes to help support the women and children of Nepal with health care and education. So I’m doing something good AND looking stylish at the same time. What could be better?

TWO. Emily Elizabeth Jewelry Hudson Necklace — When it comes to jewelry, I tend to gravitate towards the simple, yet eye-catching pieces, which perfectly describes Emily Elizabeth’s Hudson Necklace. The Yellow Gold chain has 16 hammered leaves on it and can be worn in two different ways – long and dangling or doubled up. The chic design looks equally as good with jeans and a tank top (my summer wardrobe staple) as it does with a dress and heels, and the price tag won’t break the bank. It’s the perfect year round accessory.

THREE. Banana Republic Carlita Slouch Wedge Bootie — Everyone who knows me knows that I’m almost always wearing high heels. (I’d go to the gym in them if I could!) But when I’m running around all day at work, high heels can really make my feet unhappy. The perfect compromise is these booties in black suede. I still get the extra height that I’m looking for with the 3 1/2 inch stacked heel, but they’re way more comfortable than their stiletto counterparts. The black suede matches almost everything in my closet, and the $180 price tag is really reasonable considering how much use I’ll get out of them. I’m so happy it’s almost boot weather in Los Angeles again!

FOUR. George, Gina & Lucy Magnifique Bag — I carry way too much stuff with me on a daily basis, so I need a big bag to make sure it all gets where it’s going. My pick for a new bag this fall is the Magnifique from German designers George, Gina and Lucy. It’s a gorgeous deep grey and the leather is buttery soft to the touch. The silver accents are tough but feminine, and its size and multiple pockets give me plenty of storage – enough to cart around all of my makeup, a big notebook in case inspiration strikes, the latest hardcover book I’m reading, and anything else I might need. Love it!

FIVE. Gap Utility Jacket — When the weather gets cooler, my go to outfit is a camisole or t-shirt under a jacket and this fall, my jacket of choice is from the Gap. This jacket is made from a lightweight cotton and has all sorts of cute touches to it, including a stand up collar and button cuffs, that make it stand out. I really like the shape of it too; it’s loose enough to make wearing the jacket completely comfortable, but form-fitting enough to make it slightly dressy and work-appropriate. I guarantee that I’m going to own it in all three neutral shades (Classic Navy, Pecan, and Leek) before the season is through.
