LashBlast Length

As all the TDO editors know, I have this minor obsession with mascara. (If you have stubby thin lashes like myself, you understand.) I loved the original LashBlast mascara, and when CoverGirl announced the launch of LashBlast Length, all I could say was “Ooooh!” and immediately tried to get my hands on a tube.
The first noticeable difference is the packaging. This bright yellow tube is longer and not as “fat” as the original. The rubber brush is still there, but they’ve made it longer with the “Super-Length” version. It is designed to give “expert precision and control to create individualized clump-free lashes.” Again, the rubber brush was super easy to use once you got the hang of it and is ultra flexible. The formula itself contains nylon fibers, which is the same material used for real lash extensions; the Elasta-Nylon formula also allows it to be flexible and lightweight.
When I tried it, this combination resulted in long and voluminous lashes (though not thick) that lasted all day. It didn’t smudge or flake during the entire day, yet when removing the mascara, it washed right off with warm water. If you’re looking for an affordable mascara to lengthen your lashes like crazy, I totally recommend trying this!

As a fellow “stubby thin lash” girl I will have to try this!
Anyway, my mom always told me when I complained about my lack of lashes that girls with pretty eyes don’t need long lashes. Long lashes are only necessary to make plain eyes look prettier. Mom’s are always great for that sort thing aren’t they?
