Gilt City is HORRIBLE! I purchased tickets for a show from there – decribed as “premium” – and I was in the LAST row and the tickets were MORE expensive than the people in the 15th row. I contacted their customer service and received no response. I use their website for shopping – but as far as Gilt City goes… I’m won’t be trusting them with my money again…
