Lust ListLust List: April 2011

ONE. Lanvin Happy Long Wallet – I’ve been eyeing this gorgeous Lanvin wallet for a while. I love the delicate turnlock closure and the pretty nude leather. This wallet is also the perfect size to double as a casual clutch, which makes it so versatile. It’s perfect for spring and all year long, really. I’m dying to replace my old, worn wallet–if only this beauty were in my budget! - Nina

TWO. Super Eyeglasses Ciccio Frames — Thanks to Madewell (my latest online retailer obsession) for bringing us this vintage-inspired, Italian brand of handmade, oversized frames — available in a dizzying array of colors, as indicated at retrosuperfuture.com. I’m totally in the market for new glasses, and I’m definitely leaning toward these $126 uber-stylish frames vs. this $320 pair by Tiffany & Co. Now, where can I get $126… - Charli

THREE. Katrina LaPenne Victorian Pendants – Katrina LaPenne’s Victorian Collection is comprised of vintage-inspired Sterling Silver pendants and earrings with delicately hand-carved initials. Create your own keepsake with an ornate pendant necklace reminiscent of ancient Victorian era artifacts for $165 for Sterling Silver or $770 for 14K Gold. - Liz

FOUR. Mark Cross Porter Saffiano Satchel — As summer is approaching, I know that I’ll inevitably travel more. This gorgeous travel bag by Mark Cross would be a stunning addition to my travel luggage. Perfect for quick weekend getaways, this bag is made from supple Italian leather so it will last for decades… and the shape and color are timeless. At well over $500, this bag won’t be coming home with me anytime soon but I can dream! - Connie

FIVE. Vince Vintage Leather Jacket – Even though we’re heading into the summer months, my recent jacket obsession shows no signs of slowing down. The one I’m most highly coveting right now is Vince’s Vintage Leather Jacket. It’s WAY over my price range, but I keep visiting it online because I love it so much. It’s the perfect Camel shade and I adore the lacing and seam detail on it – it gives the classic leather jacket a funky twist. Plus, I could wear it almost everywhere – it would look just as good with jeans and a t-shirt as it would over a long dress to toughen it up. It’s a wardrobe staple that I know I would wear for years to come, but even that can’t justify the $945 price tag, unfortunately. Maybe it’ll go on sale… for 90% off. A girl can dream, right? – Stacey
