To get my body and mind into shape, I’m a big fan of yoga (in addition to other fitness classes!). However, sometimes, it’s really hard to get to a class sometimes…whether it’s from a scheduling conflict or maybe you just need a change of pace from your regular class that you attend.
Enter Yoga Download. In an effort to shake up my fitness routine a bit, I’ve been trying this online workout option for the past couple weeks and really love the numerous online “classes” that you can do at home.
You can browse by Yoga Styles, which really cover a wide span of yoga classes and types – from yoga with weights (for those who want a blend of strength building with yoga) to postnatal yoga (for the new mamas who are tired and can barely make time to shower, let alone head to a group class!). If you know you want to focus on certain areas – like cardio or strength building, you can also browse by focus.
The classes range from a quick 5 minute refresher to longer 120+ minute classes – at all levels and intensities. As you browse classes, it’ll tell you the level and intensity of the class, along with if any props are necessary. You can also preview most (if not, all) videos before streaming or downloading them, which I find really helpful. Best of all, Yoga Download is quite affordable. You can purchase each workout by download, or you can buy a membership for 4+ class downloads per month, for as little as $10 per month.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi or perhaps you’ve never tried yoga and are wondering what it’s all about, Yoga Download is a great way to try out some classes and shake up your fitness routine for the new year!
