Ralph Lauren Pink Polo Campaign
This October to celebrate the ten year anniversary of Ralph Lauren Pink Pony, the brand partnered with 100 bloggers to get the word out. The Pink Pony Fund for cancer care and prevention is a worldwide effort to aid in the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer and Ralph Lauren donates 10% of all proceeds from it’s Pink Pony line to this fund.
One of my favorite ways to wear a black polo is a tip I picked up from one of the most stylish girls I met while i was working in fashion retail during college. Since I am a working gal, I love being able to transform the polo from a sporty/casual piece to something to take to the office. It’s a lot easier than it looks- simply pair with a pencil skirt and ultra high heels and you’ve got a preppy yet professional outfit. My skirt is from the Gap circa 2003 (one of the few things from college I can still wear!) and my shoes are YSL Tribtoos.
We were honored to be asked to participate in the campaign and join some of the Internet’s most influential figures to model the shirt. Be sure to logon to AOL Stylist to see how others have styled the pink pony polo and pick one up for yourself at RalphLauren.com.

One Tank, Two Looks

One staple that should be in every fashionista’s closet is the perfect white, tissue tank. I got mine from Division E and it will be the key item I’ll be repeatedly reaching for this fall. I love it because it’s just the right length and weight, and so so comfy. Ultra soft, tissue tanks are a model’s uniform during the summers , but since I don’t have a model’s physique, I prefer to wear mine as a key layering piece for colder weather looks. Two of my favorite ways to wear them (one for the office, and one for the weekend) are highlighted above. (more…)
